Background
Olivier Wolf is an investment funds practitioner with a background in fund structuring and formation, bringing together hands-on legal experience with academic research and teaching.
His work has included advising on a range of investment vehicles—mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative investment funds—while practicing with leading law firms across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands.
Originally from Luxembourg, he has lived in France, Italy, and the United States, and I am now based in Israel. He is admitted to the New York Bar and was a member of the Luxembourg Bar for over 15 years. Olivier Wolf holds a PhD in Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Faculty of Law, and he lectures on global financial regulation at Radzyner Law School, Reichman University.
